Say what you will about Christina Aguilera (did I spell that right?). but she can belt out "Lady Marmalade." I never really realized how true that was until I heard that weak-voiced twit try to sing it on American Idol the other night. I don't know how closely I'll watch the actual competition, but I've been eagle-eyeing the auditions as I haven't yet forgiven myself for missing such a spectacle as the "She bang" guy from last season. Watching Mary Roach pretty much assuaged my guilt, though.

Bits of fire in the sky push me east back home. I used to live in flames
but it's hard on the wings. Choke me. Smoke me. Scare me back. You try
but you just can't. I peel the layers in my spare time, and you're easy
to see through. I can fly, I've discovered on my own. I may be the lesser
butterfly but my wings are just as strong. Who are you to tell me to find
