****Please bear in mind that this entry came to me on the night before Thanksgiving****

So, we were driving Trusty's kids home tonight, and I was noticing the disturbingly abundant amount of Christmas lights already adorning so many houses. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas lights. They're probably one of my favorite things about the season. But is it me, or do we start this Christmas crap earlier every year? Maybe I'm just getting old, but do we need to hang the lights and trim the trees before Thanksgiving? I'll tell you what's going to happen. By Christmas, I am going to get so tired of seeing the glitz, that at midnight on December 25th, I am going to get a bullhorn and hop in my motorized chair and stroll through town bellowing 'TAKE THE SHIT DOWN!'

Bits of fire in the sky push me east back home. I used to live in flames but it's hard on the wings. Choke me. Smoke me. Scare me back. You try but you just can't. I peel the layers in my spare time, and you're easy to see through. I can fly, I've discovered on my own. I may be the lesser butterfly but my wings are just as strong. Who are you to tell me to find a place to land? I may be the lesser butterfly but baby watch me glide.
