GUESTBOOK

I have 2 daughters, one in kindergarten and one in first grade. My first grader has curly blonde hair, and my kindergartner has wavy, strawberry blonde hair. Neither of them has ever had their hair cut (except their bangs), so it hangs about to their little butts. Apparently, their hair is very attractive to the little cassanovas they go to school with as they each have 'boyfriends.' This troubles me, and it's really detrimental to them since they aren't allowed to date until they're 25....Anyway, the bottom line is that I can't afford to send them to a Catholic all-girl school, so I am opting for the more economical solution--buzz cuts.

Bits of fire in the sky push me east back home. I used to live in flames but it's hard on the wings. Choke me. Smoke me. Scare me back. You try but you just can't. I peel the layers in my spare time, and you're easy to see through. I can fly, I've discovered on my own. I may be the lesser butterfly but my wings are just as strong. Who are you to tell me to find a place to land? I may be the lesser butterfly but baby watch me glide.
